Our team has just come back from a wonderful weekend in Boston!

White Coat Captioning’s Amanda Lundberg, Mirabai Knight, and I were there captioning WordCamp Boston 2018. This is the third year we’ve captioned this wonderful event, and we had a great time catching up with old friends and making new ones.
When we arrived in Boston on Friday, the weather was glorious, and Amanda and I put more than 11,000 steps on our respective pedometers, walking all around the beautiful city before getting back to our hotel to prep for the following days.

One of the attendees, Laura Byrne Cristiano, happened to be sitting in the perfect spot to take a video of Mirabai captioning a very fast speaker. I love the way the video captures what great realtime captioning looks like.
We caption lots of tech conferences, and WordCamps are among my favorites, because I always come away with two or three tips or nuggets that are relevant to me and my business!
We always have fun, too!

Amanda kicked off the #WCBos karaoke with a rendition of “Bohemian Rhapsody”!
